What is included

A complete evaluation, not a signature mill

Agencies can tell the difference between a rubber stamp and a real evaluation. Yours is completed personally by a double board-certified psychiatrist.

A physician-led clinical evaluation

A full psychiatric interview with Dr. Loungani himself: your history, current functioning and the specific questions your process needs answered.

Standardized measures where indicated

Validated screening and rating instruments chosen for the referral question, so conclusions rest on more than conversation.

A notarized written statement

The finished, signed and notarized statement is included in the price and prepared for the requesting agency or body.

In person or virtual

Visit the Jacksonville Beach office, or complete the evaluation by secure video where your requirement allows it.

Common questions

Psychological evaluations, answered

Who performs the evaluation?
Dr. Raj Loungani personally: a double board-certified (Child & Adolescent and Adult) psychiatrist. It is not delegated.
Can it really be done virtually?
Yes, evaluations can be completed in person or by secure video. Some agencies specify an in-person evaluation, so check your paperwork, and we will confirm what your requirement allows when you book.
What does it cost?
A flat $1,499.99 per person, or $2,499 per couple evaluated together. The notarized written statement is included. There are no hidden extras.
How long does the appointment take?
For a couple, plan for one combined appointment of up to 2.5 hours, with both evaluations completed the same day. We confirm your exact timings when you book.
What do you need from us to get started?
Just the basics for each person being evaluated: full name, date of birth, phone number, email and mailing address. We then create your charts, send the intake paperwork and coordinate scheduling.
How fast can we get the statement?
Scheduling and turnaround depend on your deadline and the requirement's scope. Tell us the date you are working to when you book and we will confirm the timeline upfront.
The agency gave us forms. Can you complete them?
Bring every piece of paperwork the agency provided. The evaluation is built around what your process actually requires, and the written statement is prepared to match it.
Is this the same as starting therapy?
No. This is a formal evaluation for a specific requirement, with findings delivered in writing. If the evaluation surfaces something you want help with, care is available, but it is never a condition of the report.
